A Common man……

When we follow the crowd we see all people are common having 2 hands,2 legs,2 eyes,1 mouth ,2 ears….we having  some criteria’s set by our society to differentiate them. We differentiate them from there external appearance that he/she is smart ,beautiful,handsome.But there are some persons who are lacking somewhere we simply ignore them…Ask to your heart” are we doing right??????”

Our parents told us this person is good and this is bad, how can we differentiate about????,a person with good qualities could be having some negative side, and person with bad qualities may have something positive in them!!!!,my father told me not to judge anyone on his appearance, every person born with some outstanding qualities in them…thing is to let them know about it and just see  and appreciate them so the person can grow with that quality..there is one sentence “Kasturi ki khoj mein Hiran ban ban bhagta hai use ye nahi pata hota k kasturi toh usski nabhi mein hai” just like that many of us don’t know about the qualities within ourself,but I am sure if we came to know about that then surly our attitude towards  life get change and people will begin to grow much better, with a great confidence.

It doesn’t matter from where the person belongs, either he belongs to the village or to the City…thing is to identify ourself,our late prim minister Lalbahadur Shastri belongs to small village.

Think for a moment about the persons we call thieve, dacoits. How sharp, cunning they are ..how much efficient they are in there work. As they are doing some wrong things so we called them bad persons but they also possessing such good qualities about there work which are not found in all .

With this approach my papa started one program at village,1^st of all we started to find little kids from village who are interested in studies, we appreciate them by giving Certificate and some amount of money.like this we started to find some person having some qualities in them, some of them play instruments like tabbla,flute very nicely, some having good leadership qualities, some are hardworker,some of them are honest, we appreciate them by giving them  some award for there qualities.

This approach brings lots of changes in there life,Bhajan team from our village now go to cities for different events.

Sooo friends when u find someone with some good qualities then let him/her know about it…..n look forward…u will notice changes in there life..


Now its time to know ourself  and let others to know about there qualities………Just Rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go Green and Save Our Earth....

It's a starting of summer. .one of my friend came to my house at afternoon and says "how terrific hot is the weather outside..sun is going red like mid of summer ",then both of us had a discussion about such fortifying condition..and the discussion ends with the conclusion that we are only resposible for this condition.

If we go 20 years back then we could see that all the seasons are in time and every thing in nature going in proper way,but with the growth of people there needs and demands changes, these things directly affected our nature.

In our day to day life from morning to midnight we do lot of things ,these thigs seems to be very simple but the fact is that these simple things on one hand leads to global warming...what do u think...HOW?
-Every one of us wanted to look good but due you know the how these cosmetics we useing is made off!
there was a shaving cream which was banned by US goverment decade ago which contains the aerosal,this aerosol react with the protective layer of earth (called ozone layar) cause depletion of ozone there,like this lot of harmful chemicals are emmited by our industries..leads to ozone depletion.

-Two decades ago peoples are habitual to eat only seasonable vagetables and fruits but as the time passes demands changes and now everyone wants all types of food in all seasons for this farmer uses Green House.Green house is nothing but a glass chember which absorbs suns infrared rays to increase the temprature..when the temprature reaches its equilibrium it starts emiting radiation both downward and outside,due to this the surface of earth and atmosphere get warm.like this lots of gases are also emitted in the atmosphere which are responsible for global warming

-On Crossroads we observe that when the traffic signal is red we wait there for turning it to green, in that period no one of us turns off the ignition,but can u imagine in that 1 min how much amount of Co2,lead,Co is emitted in the atmosphere?Its 27 billion tones of CO2 found every year in atmosphere.This Co2 is responsible for global warming,main cause for raising the temprature of our earth crust.

-Similarly as the industrial growth increses,its production increses and the waste part is emitted in atmosphere in the form of smoke or as a drainage.But this waste contain many reactive chemicals,may leads to radiation pollution.Due to this many acres of soil turns infertile.

-Increment in population and sudden increase in industrial growth directly connected with deforestation.

-Similarly gases used in the condenser of our refrigerator and airconditioners are also responsible for global warming.

As the rate of deforestation increses its being difficult to manage the level of some greenhouse gases(Co2,methane..)in atmosphere.Due to this the temprature keeps on increasing day by day.

According to the NCDC'S report from 2000 to 2009 recorded as most warmest decade.As compare to 20th century average temprature rise in this decade is 0.54°C,which is enough to melt the glacier.

So,friends directly and indirectly we peoples are only responsible for the climatic imbalance.so our little valuable contribution will be helpful for upcoming generations..
please try to putoff our ignition while waiting on signal.
Try to use herbal products.
Atleast try to grow plants in our surrounding,so that your surrounding will turn green.
Turn off the lights when not in use.

Think your little contribution will save the future of our upcoming generation..so try to Goooo Green.....
